Winner of the 2004 Downbeat Student Music Award for Best Extended Composition. 

This chart is a jazz shuffle that ventures into a 12/8 Afro-Cuban feel.  It features guitar and trombone solos.  Doubles include flute in Alto 1 and 2 and also in Tenor 1 and 2.  The lead trumpet part extends to a high D.
Recorded by the Univ. of Miami Concert Jazz Band.  Guitar solo by Andrew Synowiec, trombone solo by Jeremy Levy.
