RYCUN Music Company publishes high quality, digital print music (in the Adobe PDF format) via the Internet. Instead of notation on paper, we are selling/granting permission (through a License Agreement) to you and/or your institution to photocopy as many copies as you need for an unlimited period of time.

This method of licensing/distribution allows you to produce an unlimited number of copies of the music as you need for your own noncommercial use in accordance to the terms of the License Agreement.

With each passing day, today's music industry continues to make a greater and greater shift into the digital distribution market. More and more people are downloading and purchasing music online. In addition to convenience, our production and delivery completely in the digital domain results in lower overall business costs which enables us to pass along the savings to our customers.

It should be noted that each piece of music is printed in PDF format at a resolution of 600 dpi or higher which can be easily printed on any printer (laser recommended) and/or photocopier.

Finally, all of the files on this website will require some of the external programs/viewers to the right including the Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing samples and printing scores. Click on any of the icons for a free download. To avoid any problems with our files, we recommend downloading the latest versions of the programs.

RYCUN Music Company License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading and/or printing music offered by RYCUN Music Company, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and restrictions:

Grant of License:

RYCUN Music Company grants to you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license for your personal, institutional, or school noncommercial use, subject to the terms and limitations of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Protection:

The PDF format music is licensed, not sold.

The music is protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaties as well as other intellectual property laws.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this license, this Agreement does not give you any intellectual property rights in the music.

All title and copyrights in and to the music, are the valuable intellectual property of RYCUN Music Company and its respected composers.

You May:

Make one electronic copy of the PDF format music solely for back-up purposes.

Print copies of the PDF format music as needed for your personal, institutional, or school purposes (performances, personal study, musical teaching, etc.) but for no other purpose.

Perform the music in public concert.

You May Not:

Distribute copies of the PDF format music in whole or in part except as expressly provided for in this agreement.

Make derivatives, alterations or modifications to the PDF format music or any copy.

Sub-license, rent, share, lease, lend, sell, entrust, assign, distribute, transfer, or grant others on a temporary or permanent basis any rights except as explicitly permitted under any duly authorized and valid written agreement between you and RYCUN Music Company.

Record any PDF format music without written permission from RYCUN Music Company.

Remove the copyright interest and/or designation of RYCUN Music Company and it's respected artists on each copy of the PDF format music.

Make verbal or media translation of the PDF format music.

Make telecommunication data transmission of the PDF format music.

Utilize the musical content (copyright protected) for different purposes than above mentioned (allowed are: personal, institutional, or school performances, study, and teaching).

You may not purchase this PDF format music for a school district or institution and distribute it through a centralized library or other distribution mechanism to many locations. This license is for a one person/institution/school use only.

Termination:

This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the PDF format music together with all copies in any form. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition in this agreement.

Miscellaneous:

This legal document describes the complete and exclusive agreement of the rights and obligations of RYCUN Music Company (Vendor) and the musician/educator/client (Customer) and shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida applicable to contracts made in Florida.

The RYCUN Music Company PDF format music and any accompanying materials are protected under federal copyright laws. Unauthorized copying or use of these materials beyond the scope of this agreement is forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused by your failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Any unauthorized copying and /or distribution of this music is a violation of the license agreement and of the United States copyright law.

You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused by your failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
